Q: Can you print sizes not listed on your "prices" page?

A: Yes, we are able to print any size document 2"x2" up to 28"x40".

Please send us an email with "QUOTE REQUEST" in the subject line to receive a formal quote. (Expect quotes 24-48 hours after request is received.)

Q: If I don't need 4/4 printing, can I get a discount on my order?

A: Sometimes. All of the business cards and postcards we print are 4/4.

Presentation Folders that are 4/0 are cheaper than 4/4.

Q: What type of paper/stock will my job be printed on?

A: We use two types of paper/stock for printing:

14pt C2S White Cover Stock - This stock is used for some of our 1,000 piece business card orders. We offer this run with UV Coating on 2 sides, 1 side or no coating at all.

12pt C2S White Cover Stock - This stock is used for all of our postcards and flyers. In addition to some specialty items including presentation folders, rack cards, and door hangers. We offer this run with UV Coating on 2 sides, 1 side or no coating at all.

100# Gloss Text - This stock is used mainly for our tri-fold and bi-fold brochures. This weight paper allows for excellent folding without tearing perfect for brochures and any other folded print job.

Specialty paper stocks are available. Please contact us for pricing.

Q: Will I receive exactly the number of pieces ordered?

A: It is an industry standard that orders will be plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered. We try to maintain our own standard and the majority of our orders are usually plus 2-3%.

Q: Can I order less then 5,000 pieces?

A: Yes. However, the savings between 5,000 and 2,500 is very little.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept Visa, Master Card and American Express, business and personal checks, and cashier's check or money orders. Within the next 6 months we will be implementing secure online credit card processing in order to accept credit cards directly through our web site.

Q: What are product templates?

A: We have developed product templates for our most common items to make it easier for customers to create print-ready files. All templates are downloadable PDF files. Each template provides information on product size, layout, bleed, safety zone, and any folding or mailing guidelines.

Q: Do I need to use a product template?

A: No. If you are designer, you should use whatever resources help you quickly create a winning design. However, if you don't use one of our product templates, we encourage you to take a little extra time to ensure that your files are print-ready before submission.

Q: What if the size of my art varies to the size specified in the template?

A: If you want your artwork to fit into one of our product templates, you will need to resize your images by scaling them up or down proportionally to fit into a product template. You must submit the correct size for printing.

Q: Do you print anything besides postcards and brochures?

A: Yes, we print presentations folders, table tents, door hangers, and can custom die cut any piece of paper for specialty project at an additional charge. If you have any special product needs and would like a quote please feel free to send us an email and we will have a custom quote for you within 24-48 hours.

Q: Will I get some sort of proof before my job is printed?

A: Not unless one is requested at an additional charge. This proof is used to review art layout and "pleasing color" standards. We do not guarantee exact color matching.
